Personal Water Craft (PWC)

Moto d'acqua

The watercraft is considered the most exciting and fun powerboat activity in the world.

Tackling curves and ripples of water riding your bike will test your biceps but will charge you with adrenaline.

HOW IT WORKS

Technically, the watercraft is a sport craft, less than four meters long.

It’s also called with the name of the manufacturers (WaveRunner, Jet Ski, or Sea-Doo) or of the patents for other means (aquabike or aquascooter).

It’s also used to practice flyboard (which we talked about here).

You can rent it, or use it to visit places that can only, or more easily, be reached, from the coast, either independently or by taking part in guided excursions.

The watercraft can be two or three seats.

WHEN and WHERE to GO

It’s possible to use the jet ski wherever there’s a lake or the sea, of course if it’s allowed by local regulations and in compliance with the rules for driving sport boats.

ADRENALINE/7R

50 – 80%

is the minimum amount of DRD4-7R adventure gene that we think you should have to do this activity.

Take the test to find out how much% of 7R you have in your DNA.

DOCUMENTS AND REQUIREMENTS

In order to drive a watercraft, regardless of engine power, a nautical license it’s always required.

During the bathing season it’s possible to use watercraft only under certain conditions (during the day, with good marine weather conditions, at a distance of 500 meters from the beaches, etc …)

RECOMMENDED CLOTHING and EQUIPMENT

Watercraft are equipped with:

  • Electronic safety key for battery disconnection to stop the engine in case of accidental fall
  • Approved powder fire extinguisher positioned in the bow locker
  • Transceiver with a range of 10 Km to always be in contact with the base
  • Floating rope for towing in case of failure
  • Telescopic emergency paddle

Driver and passenger are provided with an approved life jacket

You just have to wear a swimsuite and enjoy the adventure 😉
