Fly Winch and Parasailing

Parasailing

Fly Winch and Parasailing combine in a single experience what you feel in other air sports such as ballooning, paragliding, skydiving and gliding.

HOW IT WORKS

Both these air sports, Fly Winch and Parasailing, involve that you are harnessed to a sail that will lift by traction of a boat.

The difference lies in the fact that the Fly Winch requires that, once you have reached altitude, the sail is unhooked from the boat and you continue your free flight in tandem with an instructor, such as paragliding.

While with Parasailing you remain hooked to the boat for the entire time of the flight, so you can fly without an instructor.

Your flight route will depend upon the direction of the wind (the sail must go in the opposite direction to be able to inflate).

You can fly up to a height of about 150 meters and the flight can last from 10 to 45 minutes depending on the company performing the service.

You will have time to enjoy the fantastic panorama that surrounds you and also to admire the sea.

WHEN and WHERE to GO

You can practice Fly Winch and Parasailing all year round. It is certainly more pleasant to do it during summer time.

The destinations where this experience is worth doing are those that offer crazy views and the opportunity to see the spectacle of mother nature, such as:

Italy: in Sicily there is the only Italian center for Fly Winch.

Portugal: fly to the Algarve coast to find all its hidden beaches, stopping to swim in the deserted ones and then see the dolphins jump on the water.

Greece: the flight will take you over the most beautiful Greek islands.

Polynesia: you will discover this paradise from a completely different perspective, with its blue lagoons full of animals such as rays, sharks, dolphins, turtles and, in the right season, whales.
