Lapland

In Lapland, the northern region of Finland, you can spend Christmas and the New Year’s Eve looking for of the Northern Lights by snowmobile and sleep in an igloo. Or you can run on frozen lakes with sled dogs.

Canada

Canada is the ideal destination for the Christmas and New Year period for those who love winter sports like skiing, snowboarding, freeriding, heli-skiing and snowmobiling.

The province called British Columbia, north of Vancouver, is the most populated of ski resorts. In fact, its position means that the humidity-laden storms coming from the Pacific Ocean collide with the arctic temperatures, causing very heavy snowfall.

Alps

The Alps are another perfect area for winter sports like skiing, snowboarding, freeriding, heli-skiing, snowmobiling and ice climbing. If you want to test yourself for cold resistance, here too you can sleep in igloos.

Among the most beautiful ski resorts in the Alps there are: Zermat (Switzerland), considered the most panoramic in Europe; Skiwelt Wilder Kaiser – Brixental (Austria), one of the largest Austrian ski areas, with tracks in the woods and mountains that resemble the Dolomites of Trentino in Italy; Alta Badia (Alto Adige – Italy) with wide tracks immersed in the woods; Val Gardena (Alto Adige – Italy), which offers rather challenging slopes, especially in the Ciampinoi area.

Australia

Australia is a favourite destination for spending Cheristmas and the New Year in a warm place.

And it is one of our favourite destinations for an adventure trip, including natural parks, exotic animals and one of the most spectacular diving reefs in the world.

Uluru-Kata Tjuta National Park to see Ayers Rock; Daintree National Park, located within an area owned by the Aboriginal Kuku Yalanji is one of the oldest ecosystems on earth; Fraser Island, with its champagne pools.

Chile

Chile is another optimal destination for those who love the heat and want to spend their days discovering this extraordinary country. An adventure trip with paragliding launches, nights in the desert, sandboard on the dunes, dives on Easter Island, excursions to see penguin colonies.

South Africa

Fantastic destination for hunting (figuratively speaking) of the big 7, the 7 largest animals on the African continent, as well as the most difficult to hunt and kill:

The only place in the world where you can see all of them is the Addo Elephant National Park in South Africa.
